Pre-Arrival
Before guests leave home, they may download a PVA (Personal Vacation Assistant) to any device. This PVA has been tailored to each guest’s specific vacation plans. This real-time assistant will be able to give advice, directions, and reservation reminders throughout the trip. The PVA also comes with a tour feature that guests may use in each community to instantly know where they are and give interesting tidbits about each area.
Make sure to pack each family member's language translator. Disney provides all guests with language translators (a small clear patch that attaches behind the ear) prior to the start of their vacation. These patches are very similar to the language translators on earth and should fit comfortable behind the ear. All known languages have been downloaded into each patch and will assist guests in communicating with Disney castmembers, residents, and other guests.

Guests will arrive via specially designed space shuttles. Each space shuttle is equipped with the same communication availability as on planet, allowing guests to alter their reservations, make new dining or entertainment arrangements, or explore all there is to offer at Walt Disney Universe. Individual screens will have complimentary games, movies, and other entertaiment for guest enjoyment. There is also a promotional welcome video guests may access.
Arrival

Guests arriving planet-side via one of many space shuttles, will land at Starport 75 where they will disembark to the Welcome Center. Although most guests will already have reservations and all vacation related information sent to their personal devices, this area will house a help desk where guests can speak directly to a Disney representative. This is also where guests may pick up extra language translators.
At the direction of their PVA, guests will enter the Community Transportation Services Hub and board one of five monorails to travel to the community of their choice. All luggage, not including the day bags guests decide to carry with them, are taken from the shuttle and loaded onto an underground transport to be delivered to each guest's hotel room. |
Inter-Community Transport

The Disney fleet of monorails make up a network of elevated, high-speed railway lines with maximum speeds of 150–200 mph. This transport is primarily used for long distance travel and connect all over the planet. Passengers aboard a monorail have the ability to travel to any Community quickly and quietly. Using the most update technology allows this mass transport to be virtually pollution free. Each monorail has 16 cars to accommodate the maximum number of passengers at all times, and this 24-hour service is complimentary to both residents and guests. A different color stripe is applied to each monorail to identify what community this transport services. Please consult your PVA or the map provided for guest convenience, located at each station.

Internal Community TransportWalt Disney Universe’s second mode of transportation is the WEDway, a peoplemover transport very similar to the 20th century ride at the Magic Kingdom. This system will be upgraded from its previous predecessor as not only will it be enclosed, but it will also be smoother, quieter, and pollution free. This will allow the WEDway to be used continuously and accommodate a large number of people, both guests and residents, without the congestion or the noise. Each Community will have its own WEDway, themed appropriately to match the surrounding design.

The two systems, monorail andWEDway, would come together at the Community Transportation Services Hub. Once the monorail arrives at the Community Transportation Services Hub, guests would disembark the monorail and transfer to the appropriate WEDway station.

- The Green Line is the dedicated to the burbs and the residental sector. This train will shuttle residents from the suburbs to the heart of each Community. This line is for Residents only.
- The Red Line serives the garden sector that encircles each Community which is used by both residents and visitors.
- The Blue Line is the dedicated intra-city elevated train servicing the business and entertainment sectors of each Community. This line is also called to the tour tram as tourists use this line to see the sights of the Community and is the main mode of transporation for guests to enjoy the city and experience the attractions inside the city.
Personal Transport
Because of these two modes of transportation, residents of Walt Disney Universe would not need cars, and those who did own cars would most likely only use them for weekend excursions. * Much like the Magic Kingdom, there would be tunnels under each community that are the main roads for cars and supply trucks. This would keep the streets separate from the main pedestrian areas, reduce the risks of pedestrian accidents, and be a controllable safe environment.
